Nice artwork, and u managed to pull it off really well without adding much movement. good job.
personally, i dislike how bram stoker presented dracula in his novel, but coppola's movie was certainly closer to what i call a good dracula tale.

I think that your animation and sync were very nice, but maybe you could have made the conversation a bit more lively and enetrtaining by showing another character or something... I mean the whole thing was kinda dull.
Also, that didn't look like Dracula to me at all, and yes, I have seen Coppola's movie.

I don't have anything against short flash movies, but I expect the art to be top quality to make up for the "shortness", which is not the case here... in the future I'd suggest to just take those extra 20 mins to add some motion and improve the art.
